What is the return policy?
Since every order is custommade, returns are not accepted. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us.
Are the pictures sold separately?
Each LightBox comes with 3 Lithophanes. If you want more, they are available to be purchased individually.
When will I get my order?
Your order will be manufactured soon after it is placed. Since all orders are custom, orders may take longer before holidays due to increased demand.
