What is the return policy?
Since every order is custom-made, returns are not accepted. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us.
Are the pictures sold separately?
Each LightBox comes with 3 Lithophanes. If you want more, they are available to be purchased individually.
When will I get my order?
Your order will be manufactured soon after it is placed. Since all orders are custom, orders may take longer before holidays due to increased demand.
